Trad Jazz Band Camp
Hey Adrian, love your online video lessons, they are exactly what I was looking for. A few months ago I joined a Trad Jazz group and was not quite sure what to expect. I started researching and found your site. Your videos have helped me so much. I‘ve seen the Vince Giordano’s documentary where you are in the group. It looks like a fun band to be in. Excellent musicians all around. This summer I am going to attend the Trad Jazz Camp in NOLA. I know Dan Levinson will be one of the reed clinicians at the camp. Are you planning on posting more videos on your site? I hope so. Again thank you very much for sharing your knowledge and expertise.

Hi Bob, thank you for your kind words! Yes, my time with the Nighthawks was really special.. I had about 3 years leading the sax section. It was a steep learning curve!

And yes, I'm working on a new lesson series about the clarinet's role in a traditional front line with collective improvisation, and working on a couple of new books. These are big undertakings, and with the touring schedule up and running again, finding the spare time is not as easy as it was a few years ago! But yes I hope to have some new material in a month or so..
